The cabin was built by Eric and Marge McCullough in 1983 and has been a part of the family ever since. You will get the most out of your stay in this hand-crafted house built out of pine, cypress and cedar.
Nestled among the trees along peaceful Fish River, this hand-crafted home combines rustic charm with state-of-the-art amenities. Imagine fun-filled days on the river swimming, fishing, bird-watching, relaxing on the two docks, and kayaking or paddle boarding. The house accesses Fish River which flows south to Weeks Bay to Mobile Bay and into the Gulf of Mexico.
The house is well equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a Keurig, a washer and dryer, two televisions along with cable and Wi-Fi, a carport for covered parking and a hot tub.
There is access to two docks with seating on the river inviting coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine and watching the sunset in the evening. At your disposal are three adult kayaks, one kids kayak, a paddle board, and fire pit.
We hope you choose to stay at Fish River Hideaway for your vacation stay!
